One of the real enjoyments my wife and I have on our farm is watching the wild life. Seeing a flock of turkeys cross our pasture or a doe with her fawn grazing in the early daylight hours is something we never tire of. However, none of that surpasses the excitement of a rare sighting of a bald eagle. Even experienced birders stop what they’re doing and just watch. Recently, an immature bald eagle was sighted on Beech Creek Farm in Jasper. When something like that occurs I think of how fortunate I am to live where I do. North Georgia is a wonderful place to live and farms such as Beech Creek Farm offer a great lifestyle whether you’re into horses or other pursuits that require acreage.
