Two horse properties have just had their asking prices reduced making them both real good deals even in this buyers market. The asking price for the 14 acre farm in Union County is now $279,900. The Jim Barna log home on 17.5 acres in Dawson County is now $379,900. Both owners are very motivated and the pricing reflects that. If you’re in the market for a property with acreage in north Georgia, you should check these out.
he owners of Windfall Farm in Morganton have reduced the asking price to $299,900. This is a great buy for someone looking to have a mountain getaway with their horses. I was in Union county today and noticed the new covered arena that is going up on highway 325. The county is contructing it and hopes to have it ready in late June. It’ll be known as the Union County Arena and measures 175×275. Just another sign of how North Georgia is horse friendly. Plus this arena is less than 2 miles from Stablegate, the 28 stall Boarding/training facility we have for sale.
The property includes a 4 stall barn with storage room, tack room, hay storage and half bath
The 60 acres includes 30 acres of pasture that is all fenced and crossed fenced, 30 acres of rolling woods with trails, a half acre catfish pond, and half mile of frontage on Talking Rock Creek
