CTHA ( horse people) and IMBA (mountain bikers) held a joint Poker Ride for Trails on Saturday June 15, 2013. Bikers did the Bull Mountain section of trails and equestrians did the Jake Mountain trails. The weather was perfect and the event raised more than $2,000 for trails. CTHA and SORBA are sponsoring a poker ride at the Jake and Bull Mountain Trail System on Saturday June 15th. Proceeds from this event will be used for trail maintenance and improvements. This is a first in that the ride will include both equestrians and bikers – each using separate trails. This should be a very fun event. Let’s show the bikers that horse people know how to support trails. For detail information on the ride go to the Chattahoochee Trail Horse Association website by clicking here.
